Once the address is given to us the courier we only deliver to that address, and if you wish to change the address additional cost must be paid for an alternative address.
The courier / Royal Mail will attempt to deliver the item to that address and will require a signature, If there is no one home we cannot be held responsible for you item not being delivered at the required time scale.
The courier / Royal Mail should leave a calling card and you will need to get in touch the same day to rearrange delivery, Otherwise the item will automatically be sent back out for a second and last attempt to be delivered.
We also will email you once we get a notification that the delivery was attempted and no one was home.
If after 2 attempts the courier / Royal Mail has had no luck in delivering the item they will hold it at the local depot and you must collect the item yourself.
You have a maximum of 5 days to collect them the item otherwise it will be sent back to us with a charge, And you will need to pay the fees and the resending cost.
So Please make sure that when you opt for this service the address you give us there will be someone in to sign for the item to save disappointment.
Buyers have a minimum of 14 calendar days from the day after the item is received to let you know they’d like to return the item for a refund at their own cost.
